Hi, I’m Marcy Webb!

Marcy has more than 20 years of experience working with children and youth and their families. She began her career in mental health first as a counselor/teacher and then as a supervisor for Hiwassee Mental Health Center’s therapeutic preschool for children with special needs and behavioral problems. For several years she worked at Smoky Mountain Children’s Home’s residential group home, as a counselor/social worker. She worked for Mercy Community Healthcare for more than 12 years, as a clinical therapist and established and directed Mercy’s school-based counseling program. She has focused her training to serve children with special needs and their families and been licensed as a clinical therapist in Tennessee since 1998. Marcy received her BA in Psychology from Lee University, MA in Christian Education from Church of God Theological Seminary, MA in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton Graduate School and her Ed.D. in Learning and Leadership from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has experience working as a behavioral specialist for children on the autism spectrum and has several years of experience using the ADOS-2 as an assessment for children and adults.
